- Marinate 50g of Cholimex fish stew seasoning sauce with 400g of fish, marinate for 20 minutes. Put the fish on the stove, simmer over low heat until the fish meat is firm, turn both sides evenly to let the fish absorb the spices.
- Then add 150ml boiling water, bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer until sauce thickens. Turn off heat, add green onions, chili (to taste).
