Instructions on how to use spice powder to make Thai Lobo sour spring rolls:
- Ingredients for preparation: 1 70g package of Nem chua seasoning, 0.5kg cold minced fresh lean meat, 250g cold chopped boiled pork skin, 3 tablespoons minced fresh garlic, 10 - 20 sliced chili.
- How to make: Stuff the above mixture with the Nem chua seasoning packet until evenly distributed. Then put it in a plastic bag, tie it tightly, leave it for 24 hours and it's ready to use. (If refrigerated, it will keep for 1 week)
