How to Use:
- Pour the dried vermicelli directly into the boiling water
- Fresh vermicelli: Soak the vermicelli in boiling water for about 8 minutes, take it out and rinse it with cold water until the vermicelli is cooled, drain and use. The vermicelli can be kept for 6-8 hours without spoiling. Use fresh vermicelli with grilled meat, spring rolls or use with broth as you like.
- Stir-fried vermicelli: Soak the vermicelli in boiling water for about 7 minutes, take it out and rinse it with cold water until the noodles cool down, drain. Prepare a hot pan, add a little oil, then saute vegetables, meat, mushrooms, seafood and spices. After the mixture is cooked, put the vermicelli into the pan, mix well for about 30 seconds, it can be used.
Preserve:
- Vermicelli must not be soaked in cold water, then boiled in boiling water. Noodles will not dry like boiling water 100%
- Preserved in dry, cool place.
- Avoid direct sunlight.
