How to Use:

• Step 1: Sear the meat until the skin turns light brown. Scrape off the burned part, wash and cut into bite-sized pieces.
• Step 2: Marinate the meat with 1 package of Barona Complete Spice Sauce - Pseudo Civet and crushed galangal for 30 minutes (Can add more batches to enhance the flavor of the dish).
• Step 3: Stir-fry the meat, add water to cover the meat and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat until the meat is just tender and ready to use.
