Barona galangal braised fish sauce 80g

How to Use:

•  Marinate fish with seasoning sauce and cooking oil for 60 - 90 minutes.
• Put into the pot 1 layer of pork belly, 1 layer of galangal, 1 layer of marinated fish. Braise over low heat until the meat and fish are firm.
• Add water to cover the fish, bring to a boil. Then, reduce the heat to low and simmer until the fish is tender and the sauce is thick and ready to use.
