How to Use:
- Pour the Mekong pasta packet into the boiling water. Add a little salt, cook for about 5 - 10 minutes, stir occasionally and test to see if the pasta is cooked evenly (don't overcook).
- Rinse with cold water and drain. Mix a little vegetable oil to prevent the pasta from sticking together.
- Prepare stir-fried dishes: stir-fry meat/seafood/vegetables of your choice first, then add the pasta and stir-fry until hot.
- Dishes: serve with broth of your choice.
Preserve:
