Set of Ba Cay Tre beef noodle soup 5 x 400g Ba Cay Bamboo vermicelli noodles are round, soft and white, made from rice starch, made through a mold by modern technology. The product is made from natural ingredients and does not contain any additives or preservatives. Noodles are chewy, delicious, rich in flavor, and do not have a sour smell.

How to Use:

• Pour the dried vermicelli directly into the boiling water
• Fresh vermicelli: Dip the vermicelli in boiling water for about 8 minutes, take it out and rinse with cold water until the vermicelli noodles cool, drain and use. Vermicelli can be kept for 6 - 8 hours without spoiling. Use fresh vermicelli with beef noodle soup or with grilled meat or spring rolls as you like.
• Stir-fried vermicelli: Soak the vermicelli in boiling water for about 7 minutes, take it out and rinse it with cold water until the noodles cool down, drain. Prepare a hot pan, add a little oil, then saute vegetables, meat, mushrooms, seafood and spices. After the mixture is cooked, put the vermicelli into the pan, mix well for about 30 seconds, it can be used.

Preserve:

• Vermicelli must not be soaked in cold water, then boiled in boiling water. Noodles will not dry like boiling water 100%
• Preserved in dry, cool place.
