How to Use:
- Mix the flour with 1 packet of dry yeast into 350ml of coconut milk, knead for about 20 minutes, and keep covered for 30 minutes.
- Dissolve 400g sugar into 450ml coconut milk (to make the cake spongy and fatty or you can use fresh coconut water to make the cake clearer and less fatty), cook until the sugar dissolves. Let it still be warm, mix well with the fermented flour, leave for another 30 minutes until the dough is bubbling.
- Then steam the cake for about 25 - 30 minutes (must be on high heat for the cake to bloom).
Preserve:
- Store in a cool, dry place, close the lid tightly after use.
